How it’s built

Six dimensions. 24 questions. A fixed method.

Each dimension groups 4 questions scored 0 to 3. The dimension score is its share of the maximum (0–100). The overall score is the equal-weighted average. Maturity levels follow fixed 20-point bands. D6 is calibrated for the operating realities of emerging markets: power and connectivity, cloud and compute, capital, local ecosystem.
