Privacy policy

Stredge Partners processes your data in compliance with GDPR. Information submitted via the AI Readiness Index diagnostic and the contact form is used solely to:

• generate your personalised report,
• deliver that report to you by email,
• respond to your strategy call requests.

No data is resold. You can request deletion at any time by writing to contact@stredgepartners.co (data controller and GDPR point of contact).

Retention: 24 months for diagnostics and contact requests, from last interaction. Signed report URLs expire automatically after 30 days; read-only share links after 90 days. Compliance: GDPR (EU) and applicable African data-protection laws (notably Côte d'Ivoire law n°2013-450, Senegal law n°2008-12, Nigeria NDPR).

Hosting and sub-processors. Database stored in the European Union (AWS eu-west). Application compute runs on Cloudflare's global Workers edge network and processes data in transit only; no application data is persisted at the edge. Report narration is generated by an Anthropic Claude model. Transactional emails are sent via Resend.

Fields sent to the narration model. Narration sends to the model only: sector, headcount band, country, zone, respondent role, and the numeric diagnostic scores. It never sends the company name or the respondent email.

Transfer outside the European Union. Narration involves a transfer to the model provider (Anthropic), processed outside the European Union (United States). The safeguard is field minimization: only the non-identifying fields listed above and the numeric scores are sent, never the company name or the email. The model provider processes the data under its commercial API terms and does not use it to train its models.
